The staff were friendly and helpful, yet no towels arrived in the room, and dirty tissues and cotton buds were scattered on the floor.

Nothing, except the management staff did their best! The place was dirty, broken, worn, noisy, and it smelled like smoke despite the no‑smoking rule.
