The location, cleanliness, and customer service were great, and the room was well equipped. No further comments.

The staff were very friendly, and I liked that the room was cool when we arrived after the heat in Tuxtla; the room was lovely and I would definitely come back. The only thing that bothered me was that the internet was a bit spotty, nothing else.

The place was pretty clean and in a great spot; the room was very pretty and tidy. The only downside was that there was no side table or chairs.
