The motel was close to everything. Thank goodness for the additional blankets. No electric blankets on the beds and the night was particularly cold. I had to buy a hot water bottle from the chemist for $20. We couldn't get the wall heater to work and the markings had worn off. No heat pump. The white shower curtain had a blood stain on it. My friend and I are both nurses and can pick a bloodstain a mile away. It took 3 full 180 deg turns of the shower mixer to get hot water. The kitchen is very dated. The shower is quite elevated from the floor level and would be unsafe and difficult for an elderly or disabled person
