The stay was very welcoming, clean, and comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent, and we felt very safe. The staff arranged a tour the night before for us around the equator museum and Mindo.

The shuttle service worked perfectly. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast box was great for an early departure.
