Breakfast was good, the staff friendly, the place quiet, and the views from the pool were magnificent. The location is remote; public transport only reaches a few kilometres away, so a car is necessary.

Breakfasts on the terrace were wonderful, and the dinner Monica cooked after Bocelli’s concert was delicious, especially her homemade ice cream. The location was perfect, with views of the Tuscan countryside and the Teatro del Silenzio from the pool. Meeting lovely guests from other countries was a highlight. Monica and Francesco were fabulous hosts.

We were greeted warmly by Monica and Francesco, and the room, pool, and views were all gorgeous, creating a truly peaceful vibe. The breakfast was tasty, especially the homemade cakes, and Monica’s hospitality made us feel relaxed right away. We didn’t find anything we didn’t like and would love to return.

Monika was an ideal host; everything ran flawlessly from the start. When we arrived she walked us through every detail and led us to a room that captured Tuscany’s essence. The estate’s surroundings felt like a movie set, and the pool was huge with a view that’s hard to describe—something you have to see yourself. Breakfast was superb, highlighted by Monika’s fresh homemade cakes each morning. Her husband, Francesco, also deserves praise for maintaining the pool and grounds. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting authentic Tuscan beauty—11/10! Nothing was wrong at all.
