I think the location is perfect. The room was nice. The pool was nice and the breakfast was really good!. There’s nothing we didn’t like about the property

The location is excellent, the staff – especially the kitchen team – were great, the bed was super comfortable, and we’re only two blocks from restaurants and nightlife. The Italian restaurant Bruschetta Francesca and Pepe’s oysters were fantastic!

“Zentrale Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln”

The location is very good, right by the harbor and Duval Street, the property is nice, the room was clean, breakfast had a good selection, and there are free parking spots nearby if you ask. The housekeeping staff were not very friendly and seemed demotivated. The room could use a little renovation and had a slight musty smell. The pool area was not very inviting and was dirty. The pool lift for people with disabilities was in a desolate state. It looked like many rooms were available, so an upgrade could have been offered (even though the man at the front desk was indifferent because the reservation wasn’t made directly there, despite my Diamond Status with Hilton).

“Gorgeous house. Beautiful decor with cool vibe. Friendly staff. Bad moisture/ventilation issue.”

Breakfast was great, with a beautiful spread and a lovely chef. Everything about the property was excellent except for one issue – our bathroom was covered in mold because of excess moisture and no ventilation. I only stayed one night, so I didn’t make a big deal out of it, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable staying in that room for an extended time due to health risks. It’s a historic property, so I understand why it’s an issue, but if I were to book at Ridley House again I would request another room.
