Location! It is across from the cathedral, short walk to calle sta catalina where most of the good.restaurants are and right by the.corner is pedestrian.shopping And of.course the terrace/balcony.was excellent. Very nice view of Plaza de Armas and Cathedral. Staff is very slow to respond to.questions.via.bookinf.com Also, unlike.other.hotels, they do.not.give notification of upcoming.stay They.also.misunderstood pick up.which clearly says AM (morning) instead of afternoon but they.did waived the fee and let.us checkin.early which was nice

The facilities and the staff’s treatment were good. Perhaps the breakfasts could be a bit more varied.
