I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel staff's exceptional attentiveness and charm. They kindly upgraded my room due to an electrical issue without me even asking. The hotel's oceanfront location is just 1.6 kilometers from the city center, and the breakfast spread is generous, although it remained the same throughout my stay. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, with the room not being cleaned once during my entire stay.

“Très sale ! Dégoûtant”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a series of issues. Upon arrival, the front desk staff seemed unaware of our booking, and we were placed in a different room without being informed. The majority of the staff did not speak English, which made communication difficult. The room was extremely dirty, with a bathroom that had not been cleaned for a long time.

“Beautiful beachfront location”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent beachfront location and beautiful pool area. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Although it's a bit far from the main Lovina strip, the Grab app made transportation easy and affordable.

“Pour une nuit le temps d’un passage c’est suffisant”

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by an unhelpful and unfriendly staff, who seemed to be either clustered around the reception desk or nowhere to be found. The language barrier was a significant issue, as no one spoke English. The public restrooms were in a deplorable state, and the lunch options were a major letdown. On a more positive note, the bed was surprisingly comfortable.
