Everything was flawless: the host was extremely kind, the room was spotless, quiet, and a short walk from the town center. It had both heating and air conditioning, plus a kitchen to use, and the host handled check‑out registration smoothly. Highly recommend!

We booked this hotel, but when we arrived there was nobody there. After a 15‑minute call, a guy came over and explained that the place had unstable electricity and water, then offered to move us to a nearby hotel, which turned out to be a much better option. This hotel feels like a grandmother’s village—rooms without windows, and we got lost twice while looking for it, even though it’s very close to the main sights.

The host was very warm, kind, and responsive. When I felt unwell, she suggested a medicine for my husband that could be bought at a local pharmacy. She prepared our room, and everything was clean. She kept checking on my health even after we left. The breakfast that day was generous, tasty, and filling. We departed the same day, but at night the host let us leave our backpacks at the reception, and we picked them up that evening; they were intact. Her hospitality was wonderful, and we’re very grateful for such a heartfelt welcome.

The host upgraded us at the same price, cared about our comfort, and offered a washing machine to use. It’s an affordable spot to stay and explore the city, with good breakfast. Everything was resolved, so we’re happy! However, when we arrived the internet and TV didn’t work, the room lock had to be changed, and drinking water was only available at a property 100 m away.

We didn’t actually stay here; they picked us up and sent us to another accommodation nearby the city center. The women were very pleasant. The street was very dark at night.
