The breakfast was tasty and the dining room was bright and sunny, but the air conditioning in the room wouldn’t turn off or adjust, the blinds were shabby and let in bright light from the parking lot, which seriously ruined my sleep.

The staff were welcoming, the place was immaculate, and the 24‑hour coffee station was a bonus, yet housekeeping still entered even though the “do not disturb” sign was up.

The staff and location were excellent; one of them even went out of her way to bring us breakfast because we were leaving early, but I could hear people on the floor above me walking around.
