I needed a refund because I never stayed; they never answered my calls, and when I arrived at the front door there was no one to let me in. I was exhausted after an 8‑hour trip with a small child, so I had to book another hotel. I want my money back, hoping the platform will reimburse me after three days of trying to contact them.

The photos and description were misleading; the area is a quiet, low‑budget residential zone, not suitable for vacation or family stays. Getting parking at night was impossible. The cleaning was poor and the place was damp. After the first night we wanted to leave and tried to negotiate with the owner, who ignored us. On day two we had electrical issues, and the owner accused us of abusing electrical appliances (air conditioning in summer!) and claimed we were doing it to bother him.

The apartment was spacious and fully equipped with all comforts, but there was no window on the lower floor, so no airflow and a stale, closed‑in smell developed.

Everything was perfect—location, accommodation, and service. It felt like a stay and experience that will stay with me forever, and the landlord was exceptionally kind; nothing to complain about. The beds and the spotless, very large house were outstanding. Absolutely no complaints.
