The atmosphere was really welcoming and there were plenty of nice areas to relax and socialize. The vibe was not too loud but there was good conversation among guests. The only issue was that the women’s bathroom is off the main hallway by the reception, so it can feel a little exposed when going in and out of the shower, but otherwise the hostel was amazing. It’s one of the best I’ve stayed in.

I’ve been back to Backpackers Home twice this year and each time it’s been a solid hit—great vibes, loads of friendly faces, and staff who’re always ready to help.
