Nothing to like. The pricing was shady and communication was terrible. I had messaged them ahead about a late checkout and they said a ₹500 fee would apply. Still, they added an extra ₹1000 to my bill, claiming it was because I was five hours late—a detail they never mentioned when quoting the original fee. Don’t trust their word; expect hidden charges.

Breakfast didn’t meet the level one would expect for a price higher than a 3‑star hotel, though the location was somewhat acceptable. The room itself was unclean and didn’t meet basic hygiene standards. Poor lighting made it uncomfortable, especially at night. The corridor had a constant unpleasant odor that left a bad first impression. The bathroom was especially disappointing—dirty, foul‑smelling, and clearly not cleaned properly before I checked in, which really impacted my comfort. The parking area was disorganized, making it unsuitable for families. My son, who has a skin condition and is currently under treatment, was affected by these issues.

The location was excellent, and staying in IJK would be preferable. The Executive Bar should be moved to the ground floor; families find it hard to reach the rooms on the same stairs as the drunkards.
