“Great budget friendly accommodation”

The accommodation is excellent for budget travellers, with a great room, friendly staff, secure premises, a superb location, air conditioning, Wi‑Fi, and a great in‑room breakfast. Everything was liked.

“Emplacement centrale et chambre confortable.”

The fridge, air‑conditioning, fan and the very comfortable bed made the modern, classy room pleasant, and the location was excellent; the staff at checkout were especially friendly. The breakfast that was supposed to be served on the first morning never arrived, and the second morning’s breakfast was rather plain.

The service was exceptional! The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience staying here. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chittagong

The receptionist behaved poorly at first, telling me the room I booked was unavailable and that I had to upgrade to a pricier one. I explained I couldn’t afford a higher rate and that I would lower my budget if the original room wasn’t available, but not raise it. He then said he would arrange a room at the same rate I had booked. I was relieved, but when I entered the room it was smelly, dirty, and had no AC. After I complained, they finally gave me a decent room that matched my booking. That was a horrible check‑in experience!
