The staff were friendly, we checked in earlier than usual, and the hotel is very pet‑friendly. We brought our dog and everything was fantastic. The room was large, spacious, and beautiful, with a big balcony. Nearby were the cemeteries of Cadyka Nakhman and DinoSofiyivka. The dendropark is a 10‑minute drive away. I really liked it and recommend it!

There were cockroaches on all the walls. No drinking water in the rooms. At breakfast the cappuccino couldn’t be made; instead of milk, water was provided.

We stayed one night in a “Lux” category room costing 3500 UAH. The room was filthy: the floor had trash and hair from previous guests, the plumbing looked unclean, and it seemed no one had cleaned it. The bedding was suspect—there were holes in the sheets, and we doubted whether it had been changed after the last stay. When we asked for new sheets, they told us to do it ourselves because the housekeepers stop working after 14:00. Later they said they would send a staff member to replace the sheets. Thank the woman who answered, but her visible frustration over having to do the job made the experience even worse. We ended up disinfecting the faucets and toilet ourselves because we no longer trusted the room’s cleanliness. A sharp scent of someone’s perfume lingered all night and only faded in the morning. For the price you expect a completely different level of cleanliness and service. There was even no bottle of drinking water in the room. In the end we just wanted to leave as soon as possible. This level of service is unprecedented for us. The 3500 UAH room is absolutely not worth it.
