The hotel enjoys a prime central location, the rooms are very attractive and modern, and both breakfast and cleaning were excellent. However, for two consecutive days they never refreshed our room, forcing us to go down to reception; when we finally arrived they also forgot to replace our towels—mistakes that are completely unacceptable for a room that costs €400 per night.

The staff were outstanding and the service top‑class; after a month I came back because my first visit was so good. The second time around everything—reception, door, restaurant, room service—was even better, and I appreciated the professional transfer from Nice and the room upgrade that gave me a fantastic view of the casino. Grazie!

The staff are very professional, friendly and attentive. The rooms are excellent and the spa is clean and pleasant. I find it unfortunate to have to pay extra for a simple omelette at breakfast; that detail shouldn’t be an add‑on in a 5‑star hotel.

A beautiful hotel in the centre of San Remo. The bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is lovely. The staff are friendly. You can use the hotel to lie on beach‑club loungers by the sea. Parking is available via valet parking. No comments.
