The size was good, but there was no ensuite, the heating couldn’t be adjusted, directions were unclear, and finding the entrance was a bit hard.

“Arrived late, left early both times it was a means to an end”

It’s close to The Priory Hospital—just a 5‑minute slow walk to the main reception—lovely and warm, and I stayed twice: first time downstairs, so I had to walk upstairs at night to use the bathroom; second time on the first floor, the bathroom was over a meter away. Plenty of free parking, and although there’s no ensuite, it was fine.

The room was warm, comfortable and spacious, with coffee and tea in the room, a shower and toilet next to the door, and it was clean; the centre was close, and the staff communication was good—they let me in before 4 pm. A few buses to the city ran nearby. I slept well. Bring earplugs because the window to the street often has sirens, but with the right tools you’ll relax; the interior is dated and needs updating, but everywhere is clean.
