The staff were great—especially Deppen and Loco, who are nice guys that Japanese guests can rely on. They always cared about me during my stay, and there was no “tip, tip” vibe; they took me everywhere by bike, even invited me to their home to meet their family, making it a wonderful memory. I stayed in a dormitory, and for that price it’s a big help for backpackers.
