The staff were very friendly, but the resort is huge, the breakfast required a 20‑minute wait at the table, all restaurants required reservations that we weren’t informed about, forcing us to eat elsewhere, and overall it was overpriced.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a stunning part of Mexico, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. However, my experience was marred by a rather underhanded tactic employed by the staff. They initially informed me that my package wasn't all-inclusive, only to confirm it was at the end of my stay, thereby limiting my spending. While the location was a major highlight, this incident left a sour taste in my mouth.

I was blown away by the exceptional resort, which featured a stunning lagoon, beautiful spaces, and excellent restaurants, with high-quality all-inclusive amenities and impressive illuminations. We were even able to check into our room early, at 2 pm. However, I was a bit taken aback by the additional resort fee on top of the already high price.

“Stay was good. Unfortunately, it fell short of the stays we've had there before”

I was really disappointed to find out that the hotel's buffet breakfast was closed during our stay. It's a highlight of our trip, and we always make sure to plan our mornings around it. On a similar note, we were also let down to discover that two of our favorite restaurants were closed for renovations. It would have been great to know about these closures before making our booking, as it might have influenced our decision to stay at this hotel.

The hotel's stunning views were a highlight, but unfortunately, the unpleasant smell and excessive chlorine in the pool, along with the loud music, detracted from my overall experience.
