Check‑in was straightforward and the location was good. However, the outdoor area and public spaces were very small and modestly equipped. The coffee machine never worked during our three‑day stay.

The property was very clean, modern and spacious. I stayed on the ground floor next to the kitchen and, although I worried about noise, the soundproofing was quite good. The bathroom toiletries were a nice touch, and coffee pods were left in the room for use in the kitchen. I wasn’t expecting room service, but after a day out the bin had been emptied and the bed made. The staff responded quickly to my messages about the Wi‑Fi, which I managed to fix before they replied. The surrounding area was a bit of a concern: for the first few nights I stayed on the opposite side, which felt a little safer. The property sits among several side streets and alleys, some of which were unlit at night, so as a solo female traveler that was a bit unsettling. The accommodation itself was well lit and just off a main street, so just be mindful of the route you take. The front door can get sticky; I learned I had to pull it hard toward me first, then push it open. That was worrying on the first night when I panicked I couldn’t get in. I would also suggest a small bin in the bedroom, as the one in the bathroom was awkwardly sized, and consider offering black coffee pods (I don’t drink milk, so I couldn’t use the ones left). Otherwise the accommodation was perfect.

The location was great and the room was comfortable. Self‑check‑in was helpful when we arrived late, and the instructions were clear and provided in advance. Although we didn’t meet the owners, they answered any questions promptly.
