I had a good experience overall, but the location was a bit of a drawback.

The location was solid and the ocean view was the highlight, but the cleaning was a disaster—no bed linens changed for three nights, the beds weren’t made, and only the towels were swapped.

“房间很大住的挺舒服，位置不太便捷，清洁度需要加强。”

房间面积很大，不远处有一个游泳沙滩，性价比还不错. 清洁度方面不够，毛巾有头发不够干净。第一个房间烟味特别重，但是很快就为我们更换了房间。摆渡车需要提前排队，否则热门时间段可能满员无法乘车。

The hotel staff were kind, courteous, and extremely helpful; our room was roomy, and housekeeping refreshed it daily after our day trips; the shuttle bus to the MRT station and nearby buses were very convenient, the buffet brunch was excellent, and the hotel was well‑maintained with good facilities.

The property sits close to the bus station, with the east side giving 30‑45 minute rides to Citygate, Disneyland, and airport stations, and the west side offering quick access to TST, Mong Kok, and train stations via a free shuttle; the rooms were large, clean, and airy, staff were mostly Filipinos and very friendly, even the non‑Filipina guard was nice, and the view was stunning enough to justify paying Php 55,000 for two rooms for a week; it’s a quiet, relaxing spot, and you can order through Food Panda or Keeta for food deliveries that aren’t pricier than eating at the hotel. The only downside is that everything else—markets, restaurants, shopping centers—was a bit far, about 20‑30 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus, and overall costs were high, though they offer complimentary items like free coffee.
