The property is huge, beautiful, and clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. A few short tours are offered, and they’re lovely! The room was clean. You can rent bikes and explore the area. :) The location leaves you a bit stranded except for the offered tours; we couldn’t reach a Grab driver, but the hotel arranged a taxi for us.

I liked the peaceful, natural setting and the swallows’ house that has its nests collected every three months, yet breakfast was overly simple—just juice, coffee or tea, one egg and a slice of bread, clearly aimed at Vietnamese guests, and the nearby bike rentals cost 50000 VND.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel, finding it to be peaceful and uncluttered, which made for a very relaxing experience. There were no issues to speak of during my visit. Overall, it was a great place to unwind.

My experience at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the plus side, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, our room was brand new and lovely, and the pool area was nice, albeit a bit understaffed with sunbeds. However, I did find the location to be quite off the beaten path, and the beds were unfortunately very hard.
