The room layout and décor are really nice and warm, making you feel comfortable as soon as you step in. However, the hosts were not responsive at all when we had an issue, and they offered no apology or compensation even though we had no hot water all night, which ruined our romantic evening in the whirlpool tub. The biscuits provided for breakfast were fine, but they were expired since March 2025, which was disappointing. A silk belt was found under the bed—who could that belong to? Despite trying to be understanding, we asked the owner for a commercial gesture because paying 170 euros for a whirlpool bath that we couldn't use, and having to wash ourselves with a handkerchief and cold water before bed, felt like a camping price. No response followed. The staff can be friendly when everything goes smoothly, but when a problem arises, they disappear—no messages to say "sorry." They keep the 170 euros, which is unfair. I’m not grateful for their disrespect and lack of empathy, even though they seemed friendly at first. Very disappointing.

I loved the peaceful location, the convenient parking, and the cleanliness of the accommodation, which was also close to the lake. The spa bathtub was incredibly relaxing after a hike. However, I found the kitchen shutters to be a bit tricky to close.

This beautiful and comfortable place is perfect for two people, with a clean and well-organized interior. However, I felt that it lacked intimacy, and would have appreciated some curtains. Additionally, it would be great if some basic kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, and oil were provided. The phone being so close to the bed was a bit inconvenient, but overall it was a great stay.

I had a wonderful stay, enjoying the cleanliness, comfort, and warm welcome. The kitchenette was a great touch, and the complimentary coffee, tea, and biscuits were a lovely bonus. The whirlpool bathtub was fantastic, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. However, I did miss having a robe and a drying rack for towels in the hot tub, and was disappointed that the glasses were made of plastic.
