The exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly by Mr. William, was a highlight of my stay.
The hotel's perfect blend of comfort, natural beauty, and rejuvenating activities made it an ideal getaway for those seeking a peaceful escape.
The hotel's soundproofing was also impressive, and we never felt cold.

“Espectacular.”
The setting was beautifully arranged for rest in a charming spot in Boyacá, and the people were very kind with facilities that made for great family moments. However, the dogs that guard the property, though used to people, can be pretty rough with kids, so caution is advised.
Don William’s service and kindness were outstanding.
“El staff nos hizo sentir como en casa a mí y a mi familia, atención excelente y comida deliciosa! un sitio espectacular,”

“Magnífico lugar”
A magnificent spot to experience a part of Boyacá, full of originality and a lovely story; the hosts were very friendly and always listening to our needs. The bedside lamp should be replaced.
