The service, cleanliness, organization, shower, pillow, and bed were all excellent, but there was no breakfast.

The bed was comfy, the AC was cool, and the pool was really nice, with nothing to complain about.

The front desk staff were pleasant and there were plenty of rooms to choose from. When we entered our room, hair was everywhere on the shower floor. Housekeeping entered multiple times without knocking; I had to use the safety lock to keep the door from fully opening, which frightened me twice. My partner voiced our frustration but received no offer of compensation. I spent over $1,000 at this hotel and felt very disappointed.
