The old room smelled bad, had cockroaches, and the staff were not enthusiastic or friendly.

I was visiting Hanoi for the first time and still had a lot to learn, so I was lucky to meet the host who was very friendly and eager to help with car rentals and food recommendations ❤️ The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. What I liked most was the incredible view – opening the door revealed a stunning scene 😍 Thanks to Minh Đức for being so enthusiastic and helpful throughout my stay. I’ll definitely come back if I have the chance.
