Hotel Merano

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The family running the place is very kind, welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with any need. The breakfast is super abundant, international, and of high quality. We also tried dinner and were most satisfied with the buffet, which was well stocked and varied. The room with a lake view is lovely, cozy, and spotless. The bathroom is a real highlight: new, stylish, and freshly renovated. If I had to make a tiny constructive note, I’d suggest adding a few towel hooks; it’s just a minor detail that doesn’t affect the overall quality of the stay. The location is very convenient: the little beach right in front of the hotel has a well‑maintained lawn and is perfect for relaxing and breathing in total tranquility. Live music on some evenings is very enjoyable, as is the private on‑site parking. The downstairs pool is great too! It’s the ideal spot for anyone who wants a few vacation days, to unplug, take walks, and have all the comforts within reach. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

The room and restaurant offer a wonderful view of the lake, and there are free deck chairs on a lawn right by the water. The breakfast spread is extensive, from fresh fruit salad to cake. The bathroom, however, needs some renovation in several areas.
