I didn’t understand why I had to pay a service charge; they told me it was normal in the city, so I brought the bill and paid nothing.

The manager was too good.

Central to the beach and shopping, plus a fridge in the room. The breakfast was awful, the beds were hard and the duvets were bad! The pool area was a mess and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom.
