The location of the property is strategic and central. The bathroom left a bad impression; a cockroach in the shower made me feel unsettled.

The mini‑apartment was spacious and clean, with a very evocative view of Lake Miseno – I’d definitely return.

The staff were very friendly, and when we had breakfast the barista was also nice and the place was spotless; I’d definitely come back.

The location is great for walks, and the private parking shared with a supermarket stays closed at night. The common terrace offers a beautiful view, and you can order breakfast to your room or grab a pastry at a nearby café. The host’s kindness deserves a shout‑out. Unfortunately, from 5/6 am there’s noise from the supermarket below during loading and unloading, which might bother light sleepers.

The lakeside spot is lovely, and the supermarket below provides night parking and ready‑to‑eat food or fresh ingredients for the well‑equipped kitchen; the common areas are spacious, with a terrace and a large living room.
