The staff went above and beyond, fulfilling every wish I and my wife had. The only downside was the location, which was great.

The room was roomy and very clean. However, the breakfast area needed a makeover: twice the eggs were overcooked and cold, the seating was outdoors and a bit chilly in the morning, and the hotel taxi cost €80 to leave, whereas a normal taxi to the ferry port would be €25. To get luggage to the taxi stand, a porter was required, but we still had to use the hotel taxi.

Everything worked well—staff, location, service, facilities, and cleanliness. The only issue was that the central AC was set to winter mode, which I didn’t like, but otherwise everything was perfect.
