The spot was nice, but we ended up with room 01, which we’d better avoid, and it was hard to explain the noise issue to the staff.

I stayed at the Bali hotel and it was lovely and comfortable. The place was clean and well presented, and the staff were friendly and helpful all the time. Breakfast was fantastic; you pick a day in advance and they cook it for you when you arrive in the morning. I’d definitely recommend it!

The aircon and dryer didn’t work properly, so we had to call for repairs. Some hinges in the room were loose. The front‑desk guy was nice, but the lady whose name starts with “R” who served us on 22 Aug had a bad attitude, was impatient, and asked for the card wallet in a rude way.
