The room is very spacious, has air‑conditioning, a fridge, dishes, cutlery, a cup, and even water; it also has a table and chair by the window with plenty of light for work. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom comes with gel and shampoo, and overall it feels very complete. The host is very friendly and attentive in the messages, check‑in was very simple. I did spot a couple of cockroaches in the room and when I opened the window in the morning there was a BBQ smell, but nothing serious. Also, with the heat it’s better to close the window and use the AC. Overall I recommend it!

The bed was big and comfortable, the sheets were clean, the floor was cleaned, and the toilet was cleaned, but the location is confusing – you have to walk down the alley and it looks more like a massage shop than a hotel. A Burmese staff member asked if I spoke English when she couldn’t even speak properly, which was funny. The AC is very old, loud, and not cold enough. The shower cream had a very strong chemical smell because they mixed two brands in one bottle, making it terrible. The fridge needs to be plugged in and you have to wait a couple of hours to get cold. In the morning it’s very hot because the AC isn’t working. If you’re staying in room 412 you’d better cancel – I understand it’s cheap, but you can pay the same price elsewhere and get better rooms.

The location and first impression were fine, but the overall setup fell short during my stay. The Wi‑Fi was terribly unstable, dropping almost every night, which made my routine difficult. Worse, on rainy days the room flooded completely because of leaks in the structure, making the last two nights extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable. Because of these maintenance issues and missing basic infrastructure, I would not recommend staying here.
