The bathroom wasn’t very clean, the room was okay, and we only stayed one night.

Everything was great! The only issue was that the power outlets weren’t next to the bed or anywhere close.

The hotel looks exactly like the pictures – the plants, décor and pool are all fantastic, and the rooms are beautiful, almost magical. Our family of four stayed in two connecting rooms at the top floor, and the beach was just a three‑minute walk away. The cleaning staff were genuinely friendly. The only drawback was that breakfast wasn’t varied enough for us (we don’t eat meat), especially compared with cheaper hotels that offer more diverse buffets, though they did provide a different soup each day, which was a nice touch. ===REVIEW 8<|message|>The staff were lovely, the room clean, comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was good, but there’s nothing for a gluten‑free diet. The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak.

Cô Loan HK was sweet and helped my family fix a clogged sink and gave a balloon to the little girl. The space is airy. The room has a small child but the soundproofing is poor; after using the bathroom the splash makes a loud noise. The sink stayed clogged even after I called staff, but someone passing by – maybe Cô HK – helped me. Breakfast isn’t very diverse because it’s a small hotel; eggs aren’t served each morning.
