Food was good, but the roadside view was very crowded; otherwise everything is fine.

Everything except the parking! The parking was a problem—dust settled on the car every 12 hours and the hotel didn’t care.
The location was far from the centre, making it unpleasant to reach different tourist places from here. The maintenance was poor; there was no body wash in the bathroom, and hot water wasn’t available until 8 am in the morning. Overall it was expensive and less than expected.

The staff were good, and the reception was good, but the location is not accessible by local transport because the Google map shows it as Sir Arbindo Institute instead of a hotel, making it difficult to find. Regarding breakfast, the site claims there is no buffet, so I only visited the restaurant Rooh on the last day of my stay for breakfast. Surprisingly there was no Poha, an authentic Indore dish, nor any South Indian breakfast; only Aloo Paratha was available. I had asked for a veg breakfast. Though the ambience of the restaurant was very good.
