The staff were professional, available, and friendly. The hotel impressed with its décor and its size. Breakfast was excellent, offering many choices, with chefs on hand to meet culinary desires that weren’t always available at the buffet. The common areas were cool: gym, sky lounge, restaurants, and a terrace with pool and bar. The hotel was also well secured, with dispensers inside if needed. The only drawback I noticed was the central elevators. Inside the view is incredible, but they are slow, often always occupied, and sometimes malfunctioning (when you swipe the card and press a floor, you may have to try several times). I also feel they lack promotion of external partners to help guests discover the city or organize trips outside.
