The room was not clean. Dirty glasses and cups were left in the bathroom, and there was a lot of dust and debris on the carpet.

The room was spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the toiletries were good quality. An outside person showed us a shortcut to the metro that cut our walking time significantly, even though we had to climb several stairs when the elevator was out of order. However, the water fountain on the floor was broken, and champagne bottles and flutes lay on the hallway floor from check‑in to check‑out. The room wasn’t ready at the announced check‑in time, and the sofa‑bed mattress was uncomfortable.

“Hôtel 15 minutes plénitude arena”

The hotel is close to Plénitude Arena, a 15‑20 minute walk. The breakfast was okay except for the scrambled eggs, which were really bad. The place is noisy, the staff aren’t especially welcoming, and the air‑conditioning can’t be adjusted—it's either too hot or too cold. For the price, it’s disappointing.
