The staff were super friendly. It’s a two‑star property, so that’s expected, but our bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, and the location was great.

Our reservation couldn’t be honored – there was nobody on site, no contact, and we got no news, forcing us to scramble to another place for the night; we filed a complaint on 10.03 after returning to France, were promised a reply within five days, but 20 days have passed with nothing, and there’s no way to reach a real person by phone or email, only an AI, which is intolerable. As a long‑time customer with many bookings, this first dispute revealed how poor the service really is.
