The hotel sits at the lower part of Fiuggi, it’s very clean and the staff are incredibly friendly.

I stayed at Hotel Erika and left very satisfied. The cleanliness is excellent, the room is huge, comfortable and has a nice balcony. The staff are extremely kind and the courtesy is top priority. The breakfast is varied, plentiful and of great quality. Another pleasant surprise was the pool: small, but delightful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some peace. I’m very happy with my stay and will definitely return! Highly recommended! ❤️

“Molto rilassante ma gestita a mio avviso non bene”

The housekeeping was fine, yet the breakfast disappointed me: croissants from the day before, no fresh fruit, the same sweet items every day, yogurt on the buffet without a temperature‑controlled container so it was steaming hot; I had to call the front desk for a cappuccino and espresso, but the staff were absent repeatedly. I also had a room that required passing through a tunnel that was covered at night; we returned a bit later, it was pitch black and I had to call the front desk again, who used a phone flashlight to finally turn on the lights so we could reach the floor. The elevator exit still had wet shoes because it had rained that morning and the water was still there. There’s no parking; I had to find a spot on a dangerous curved street. I hope my review helps them improve.

“Gli anni 80 sono passati”

The hotel sits in a handy downtown spot and the breakfast was good, but the pool looks neglected and dirty, the furnishings feel stuck in the 80s and the place really needs a facelift – four stars should mean something else.
