The hotel sits in a very convenient spot, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops. Walking to the lake takes 10 minutes, to the market 15, and other major sights are also close by. The room includes a fridge and a kettle, and they provide 1‑liter bottled water, shower gel, and shampoo. Alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks can be purchased for an extra fee in the fridge, and toothbrushes or toothpaste are also available for purchase; the reception offers disposable toothbrushes. I found the firm mattress and comfortable pillows to be a real benefit. The staff were very helpful. After a heavy rain, a wall in my room got wet, and they offered to move me to another room. However, the walls were worn, dirty, and chipped. The windows didn’t seal tightly, so it was cold at night. Because there was no split system, only a fan, I had to sleep with two blankets. I stayed alone in a family room, which felt cramped; it would be very tight for four people. I was also annoyed that an early check‑in fee of 100 dong was charged, even though the hotel was almost empty and most rooms were ready for guests. The price itself was minimal, but the attitude was off.
