The hotel has a good location and a friendly reception, but it's also centrally located and the room was clean.

The room faced the noisy, lively Rue Napoléon.

The location was fine, but the view of the inner courtyard was awful, the shower leaked everywhere, the whole bathroom was wet, the bed was poorly made and the corners were uneven.
