The place was very clean, well equipped and the location was excellent. Check‑in was easy. However, the listing said there was parking but there isn’t any; there is a nearby parking spot instead. It’s noisy because there’s an event venue next door, and the bathroom is transparent, so if you’re sharing the room someone could see you. We were sent a message saying that if we didn’t arrive before 9 am we wouldn’t be allowed into the building, so if you’re not early that’s a problem.

The location was good and the online check‑in worked well.

The room was very nice and well equipped, yet the hotel has no front desk or personal contacts—everything is handled online. You only receive the hotel and room access code a few hours before arrival in the afternoon, so if you can't check your email at that moment you're completely stuck. Calling is useless; you get a long automated message with a lot of extra chatter, and no real communication or help is possible.
