The location was very pleasant and everything was well arranged; the atmosphere was nice and I felt welcomed right away. In short, a very good accommodation that I would definitely stay at again! I give it a 9 because I’m very satisfied with my stay. The place was tidy, comfortable and fully equipped.

I was actually waiting for the review option to become available so I could contact and request a refund, because unfortunately my stay was really not a good experience. The building had a very unpleasant smell, and the bed had a strong chemical smell as well, almost like insecticide, fresh paint, or some kind of chemical treatment. For two nights, I was constantly coughing and barely managed to sleep properly. It was extremely uncomfortable and had a real impact on my stay. I’m a regular and loyal customer, so based on the rating and reviews of this property, I genuinely expected a much better standard and better facilities. Unfortunately, what I experienced was far below what I expected from a property with this rating. I would therefore really appreciate it if you could review my case and consider a refund or appropriate compensation, as I don’t feel the stay was worth what I paid for it.

“Ruime kamer met airco, grote badkamer en heerlijk rustige omgeving zowel binnen als buiten!”

The spacious room with a thatch roof is remarkable and the quiet inside and around the building makes an impression, especially in the large garden! Host Louis is very hospitable and caring towards people and animals. A very pleasant stay in this special accommodation. The beautiful hilly countryside is a nice setting for reflection through walking and cycling. It’s a shame we only booked one night, because the calming garden is wonderful for pausing during our exploration of the hills.
