“Vil give mad og personale rigtig gode anmeldelser, men pool kunne lige så godt have ligget udenfor.”

Everything you could want was there, but the pool was ice‑cold. The hotel marketed itself as family‑friendly, yet the water was so cold that older children couldn’t enjoy it. Check‑in started at 18:00 and check‑out was at 09:00, a timing arrangement I’d never experienced before; the early departure felt really inconvenient.

“Lovely and relaxing with great views”

The rooms were huge and had plenty of storage and hanging hooks. Ski‑in, ski‑out access was pretty decent, and every area was very clean. All main rooms offered fantastic views, and the staff were polite and enthusiastic. However, the basic food options for children were limited, the pool was freezing cold, and the 9 am checkout was early.

Access to the blue piste at L'Arpette was convenient, and the staff were kind and efficient. The large room was a highlight. Unfortunately, there was no jacuzzi, the restaurant tables were too close together, and the bar was too small and uncomfortable.
