Cheap. No problems.

The employees were friendly! I was able to park before check‑in, which was helpful. The unit bath had an unpleasant odor.

All the basic hotel facilities are available. The front desk staff are gentle and approachable. The building is old and doesn’t feel very clean, but the housekeeping is meticulous.

The room had a view of the train, which was great for my son. The staff were kind, access to Sanjō-ji was easy, and the room was spacious. I could sense a bit of old age and a stained smell, but the cleaning was thorough.
