Tilda at reception did an incredible job fixing the reservation mix‑up. The room was super, very comfortable, and the restaurant was nice. The coffee at breakfast could have been better.

Vynikajúca poloha v centre mesta, blízko centrálnej stanice. Pekná historická budova aj zariadenie. Pohodlné postele, denné upratovanie, dobré vybavenie. Raňajky boli len slabo priemerné vzhľadom na úroveň hotela. Malý výber bez dennej obmeny. Riady na stoloch po príchode do reštaurácie o 8.15 hod neboli upratané, nebol čistý voľný stôl, personál sa nazaujímal o dianie v reštaurácii. Nebol žiaden výber pre intolerancie. Kuchár/kuchárka, ktorý mal robiť omelety, tam viac nebol ako bol, urobil 1-2 omelety a zmizol. Čakali sme 15 min, prišiel až po druhej urgencii

The hotel is beautiful and historic, with a lovely interior. However, it sits in the middle of the university campus and city center, making it hard to find and reach; parking is a few blocks away. The room is extremely small and construction platforms are right outside the window. The price feels very high for what we received.

Everything was perfect, but the yogurt didn’t come with bowls.

I got the topmost room with a terrace, which was amazing. The bar is ridiculously expensive, like 6 EUR for a glass of hot water.
