“EXCEPCIONAL”

Cristina’s service and welcome were wonderful; before arrival she helped us find airport transfer contacts, explained all the rooms thoroughly, and was friendly to meet. During the stay she kept checking our messages and even updated us with important information. This family trip was the best decision we made by choosing this place! It’s not far on foot from St. Peter’s Basilica and on a street with services and restaurants. The rooms were great, and in the common kitchen area we always had tea, coffee, fruit, and excellent cakes and pastries! For breakfast we could choose from several pastries brought directly from a nearby bakery, plus sandwiches and yogurt. The rooms were also cleaned each morning. Highly recommended 100%. If we return to Rome, this will be our choice without hesitation!

The rooms were comfortable extremely functional, we were not missing anything The bonus of a balcony meant we could have breakfast out there too. The room was cleaned everyday to a high standard The communal kitchen was great ,teas coffee cakes available whenever required. Lovely continental breakfast prepared for us and bought to our room which was a nice touch and unexpected. The location was pretty good too, we walked to the Vatican and trevi fountain but the metro was also very near . Cristina was delightful and so helpful and greeted us on arrival , nothing too much trouble Highly recommend staying here. To be honest there wasnt anything I could complain about , everything was well organised

“Excelente”

Comfort and cleanliness were great. I requested a balcony room, which I did because it doesn’t feel so closed in. The pillows need changing. The handheld showerhead’s water pressure hurts the skin, and there’s only a tiny trash bin in the bathroom, not in the room.

“Tutto bene non mi è piaciuta l’attenzione della signora che puliva dato che era lei che ci dava la colazione”

The room was cozy. The breakfast service fell short because the lady mixed up the flavor of my brioche and didn’t change it, even though we had breakfast at 9:45, and she said it was too late for us to have it before 10:00.

The flat was too small. Basically it's a room with a restroom
