Fantastic overnight stay while attending Cheltenham festival. Food was superb with prompt and friendly service. Room very spacious and comfortable and the whole place has character. Spacious session excellent too. Nothing

Breakfast, room and staff were all excellent. Couldn't be more impressed with the service overall

Lovely location, quiet and great bar and restaurant. Staff impeccable. Would have liked aircon but I opened the window instead

Spa facilities were very good , breakfast was average however the girls serving were very polite and helpful. A very rude kitchen manager who insisted that every meal should be ordered quickly without allowing the person to take time on choosing what they would like ! The atmosphere was not good and I heard him being very rude to overseas people who instidently owned a top class restaurant in Kansas America! They were not too pleased ! Evening meals should be not rushed and in a relaxed environment which this wasn’t !
