“I want stay there again because of this”

The house keeper used her key and came in our room without knocking and my husband asked her what she was doing and she said checking the room to change your bed and we was checking out in 1 hour

The location was close to where we needed to go, but this was the second Hampton Inn where the staff behaved poorly. We arrived in the middle of the night, greeted the staff who didn’t smile or say hello, just asked for our last name, handed us our key, told us where the elevator was and when breakfast would be, and swiped our credit card for a security deposit. After I thanked him, he didn’t respond or smile, just kept a straight face. I couldn’t understand such behavior in hospitality. We had gone to another hotel before that had a pleasant front desk, so the cold reception at this hotel was a real turn‑off. It felt like silent hostility, and I won’t book at another Hampton Inn again, though that might not matter. I kept thinking about it all night while staying there.
