Quiet dining ambience. 1. Repeated disturbance regarding payment despite full payment 2. Asked to make duplicate payment before departure 3. Instructed to contact at my own expense (international calls) 4. No apology or compensation provided 5. Incorrectly blamed guest for paying 6. Issue persisted even during check-out

The hotel is good, with a lovely location and view; the food and staff were also good, offering great value for money, though the approach road to the hotel is very narrow.
