The elevators were problematic, the bus schedules didn't fit our plans, and the room Wi‑Fi was terrible.

“It was not great hotel at all and was very stressful to stay in this hotel.”

There were a lot of elevators, we caught a bus to Masjid alharam, and the shops and restaurants were right next to the hotel. But the housekeeping was poor, the bus left too early, there was only one bus for so many people, and when we tried to return from Alharam the bus was nowhere to be found! The Wi‑Fi was bad, so we had to switch rooms for better signal. I had originally booked five bedrooms, but we only got four temporarily; later we asked for five again with better Wi‑Fi, and we had already finished half of our stay.

“Won’t be going there again”

I didn’t get a clean toilet seat, and the room was not clean. I booked two weeks ahead, but on the day of check‑in the staff told me there were no rooms left, so they handed me a terrible first‑floor room.
